Each couture piece begins its journey with a personal consultation with the British designer and owner of Jennifer Clair, Mrs. Jennifer Slater.

Following our series of stories about haute couture and couture, we are pleased to introduce a rather young and super exciting couture brand Jennifer Clair, with her fresh yet very feminine style.

Originally from the North West of England, Jennifer Clair was not born into a world of luxury or couture of generations, but this did not stop her from following her dream. Raised in the belief that anything is achievable with dedication and resilience, Jennifer came to London to realise her artistic ambitions. After working in the world of haute couture for almost a decade and becoming known for her hard work and talent, Jennifer created her own brand. With her great craftsmanship, unwavering determination and fresh approach to classic couture, Jennifer Clair has become one of the most sought-after brands of today.&nbsp;

During first meetings with her clients, Jennifer prepares and presents&nbsp;a specially curated selection of&nbsp;watercolour&nbsp;illustrations, finest silks and hand embroideries to inspire their dream creation. After&nbsp;finalising&nbsp;each detail and ensuring that all the client&#39;s needs are met, the piece is hand crafted in their London atelier by a team of highly trained couturiers, taking hundreds of hours to meticulously hand sew every piece to perfection. The garment is perfectly formed to the exact measurements of the client with a series of&nbsp;fittings and the constant attentive eye of Jennifer herself.&nbsp;

There are endless possibilities when it comes to designing the perfect eveningwear piece and every special occasion needs a spectacular statement. With this in mind Jennifer together with her team is forever creating innovative hand embroideries and sourcing new materials, ensuring every client&#39;s design will stand out, dazzle and be the talk of the party. Her gowns are truly an art form rather than a seasonal fashion trend.&nbsp;

If we speak about bridal couture, just like all of Jennifer Clair couture pieces, each bridal gown is created with an attentive experience and endless&nbsp;design&nbsp;possibilities. Their bridal gowns usually take a minimum of six months to produce with multiple fittings so each bride can enjoy the special progression. The brand also offers the after care service, bespoke to each client&#39;s needs and are all delivered with a complimentary water colour illustration and a personal message from Jennifer herself.&nbsp;

Baby Clair couture plays a truly special part in Jennifer&#39;s heart. She loves to&nbsp;create gorgeous couture pieces even for the smallest clientele. From as young as 6 months old, Jennifer Clair creates bespoke pieces using the softest silk&nbsp;organzas&nbsp;and tulles, with the most delicate, non-abrasive hand embroideries. With the same attentive service from design, fittings through to delivery, the experiences team of couturiers creates the most perfectly formed piece for your little ones to shine and bring a lot of happiness and joy to their parents and families.&nbsp;

Whenever we work with Jennifer and her team, it always brings us and our clients an enormous pleasure. We asked Jennifer recently to describe how she sees couture, her answer was:

&quot;Couture is an art, this we know. The beautiful details, the immaculate craftsmanship and the perfect form all prove this. However a good piece of art is not measured by it&#39;s brushstrokes, it is measured by the emotion and story it conveys. 
All of our pieces are made from the finest silks and exquisitely hand crafted by our team of expert couturiers. Yet each gown could not be created without the immeasurable service. We ensure that every detail is considered and reflects each woman&#39;s unique personality and requirements. Once a gown is completed to perfection, the client feels the love and joy that went into her one of a kind creation, embodying her strength, character and beauty. 
This is the ethos that resonates within me as a designer. When our clients are presented their couture gowns, I don&#39;t want them to simply see a piece of art, I want them to see a masterpiece&quot;.
