Louis Vuitton presents its first Baby Collection

Fans of Louis Vuitton can look forward to pastel times as the brand launches its first baby accessories and fashion pieces. While other brands have already developed their products in this lucrative area, Louis Vuitton has still taken its time. Now the time has come.

The garments for babies up to the age of 12 months include rompers, coordinating ensembles, bodysuits, pyjamas, a dress and a double-sided hooded coat with Monogram flowers on the pockets and the Meli Melo motif inside. Mother-of-pearl buttons on cashmere jackets, small embroideries on stockings and bodysuits, to the subtle appearance of the Monogram as a jacquard and print, it's all here.
Bibs, socks and other small accessories are also on offer, as are Mary Janes in white and pink and booties in white or beige with yellow laces. Knitted slippers and flowered hats are especially cosy and keep little feet and ears warm.
Accessories such as a plush sleeping bag made of natural silk with embroidered flowers, a knitted monogram blanket as well as a thicker, double-sided Meli Melo blanket that can also be laid out as a mat will keep the little ones cosy.
For the first big trip, there is a mini suitcase as well as a toiletry bag. The silver cup and the rattle are engraved with various Maison motifs. Cuddled up is the jacquard-covered Louis teddy bear with monogrammed flower eyes.
