But for every problem there should be a solution, as we all know. <strong>That's why today we're taking a detour into the world of textiles to find out which fabrics make our lives easier during summer!</strong></p>

<h4 class="p1">The classics: Light cotton fabrics</h4>
<p class="p1">Not all cotton is the same. From light to heavy, from thick to thin, there are cotton fabrics with the most diverse properties and in countless designs. For summer, of course, we stick to the light options. <strong>Whether it's loose trousers, a cute dress or a classic shirt - cotton is omnipresent. </strong>Here you can simply rely on your own instincts when choosing. If a piece made of pure cotton feels nicely light and thin when you try it on and between your hands, you almost certainly know that you have found an ideal piece for the summer.</p>
<p class="p1"><strong>Also those who like to look for pieces with that certain something are guaranteed to find what they are looking for in this fabric category.</strong> For inspiration, there is Seersucker, for example, which looks very special with its crepe look and at the same time is ideal for summer clothes because it allows the skin to breathe. Another alternative would be Sangallo, a light fabric with patterns of small holes: looks incredibly pretty and makes a great dress, blouse or even trousers. (Quite often we get to see this Italian cotton fabric in white).</p>

<h4 class="p1"><strong>The cool one: Linen</strong></h4>
<p class="p1"><strong>...is the ultimate fabric for the warmest season.</strong> Already <a href="https://www.lofficiel.at/en/travel-gourmet/fascination-egypt-the-pyramids-of-giza">the ancient Egyptians</a> valued it. The fibres of linen come from flax plants and have properties that are perfect for hot days. <strong>The fabric allows the skin to breathe and also has a cooling effect.</strong> Moreover, linen is not only soft and comfortable, but also absorbs moisture or sweat without creating odours - due to its antibacterial qualities.</p>

<h4 class="p1">The extraordinary: Hemp</h4>
<p class="p1">...may be one of the more unusual and lesser-known materials when it comes to clothing. However, the use of hemp in textile production is not a modern invention. Hemp has been used for textiles since ancient times, but production almost ceased completely in the 1950s. Today, hemp is making a small comeback: more and more often you hear about hemp as a component of fabrics again, very often in combination with other materials, such as cotton. <strong>The special thing about hemp fabric: it can absorb up to 95% UV radiation, which makes it a real summer hero.</strong></p>

<h4 class="p1">The noble ones: Silk fabrics</h4>
<p class="p1">Silk fabrics are luxurious and therefore perfect for a classy look - all year round. <strong>Again, it's just a matter of choosing the right type of silk fabric depending on the season and temperature. </strong>On very hot days, for example, it is better to avoid satin because it shows sweat stains particularly quickly. For <a href="https://www.lofficiel.at/en/tags/summer">summer</a>, dresses and blouses made of super-light silk like Chiffon and Crepe Georgette are a better choice. Chiffon is ultra-light and delicate, Crepe Georgette is very similar but has a slightly rougher texture. The great thing about delicate, flowy fabrics: they feel like you're wearing nothing and flatter your figure all at the same time.</p>
