A few weeks ago, people were still looking forward to the &quot;most beautiful day in life&quot;, but now many bridal couples are faced with the situation of having to postpone their wedding because of the coronavirus. But postponing is not the same as canceling! And, as is well known, anticipation is the greatest joy. A quiet sigh of relief is also heard from all those who are still looking for the right wedding dress. The designer duo Viktor&amp;Rolf offer material for dreaming. 
The two Dutchmen Viktor Horsting and Rolf Snoeren met as students at the Arnhem Fashion Academy and have always been inseparable.

The spring/summer 2021 collection is inspired by opulent classical gardens. Lush flower arrangements have been translated into architectural and stylish wedding dresses with the typical Viktor&amp;Rolf touch. Dresses inspired by couture create dramatic statements: clean bodices stand next to elaborate skirts, sporty layers and voluminous, pleated flounces that drape softly at the back to form airy bows. Delicate crepe gives the dresses a flattering, softer flow through gracefully curved features.

The collection features delicate broderie anglaise embroidery and organza with handmade tulle flowers that cascade down and fade into the airy tulle skirts. Classic lace is reinterpreted in a modern way with graphic, laser-cut lace borders that adorn perfectly fitting satin column dresses and lead to sharp silhouettes.

This season is further enriched by a wide range of waisted silhouettes in mermaid shape, empire waist dresses, asymmetrical caftans, tuxedo overalls, sheath dresses with deep V-shaped necklines and ball gowns with seductive illusionary necklines.
