Menswear: This four bag classics got a masculine version

Four bags that make women's hearts beat faster are now available in a new men's version. A sign of how quickly the market is changing

Most of the fashion market is developing mainly according to the needs of women. In recent years, however, the "corner" of men's fashion has become increasingly large. And the desire for expensive accessories has increased. Big brands like Dior Men are more popular than ever for a reason. 

Euromonitor, a company specializing in market research, paints a similar picture: "When looking at brand sales statistics, menswear always outsells womenswear." Euromonitor forecasts that menswear sales will increase by 1,9% in 2021, compared to just 1,4% for womenswear. So it's no surprise that brands are starting to adapt products and embrace a new vision of menswear.

Under creative director Maria Grazia Chiuri, Dior re-released the Saddle bag in 2018. The fashion house's bestseller, the Grazia Chiuri remake was as well-received as its John Galliano debut. - the era of one of fashion's most iconic "IT" bags from its creation to date.

As the fashion world is nostalgic for '90s and early 2000s fashion, it's only a matter of time before Dior re-releases its Saddle Bag. Originally designed by John Galliano in 1999, current creative director Maria Grazia Chiuri updated and redeveloped the cowboy-inspired style in 2018.
