L'Officiel Austria has chosen this summer's drink of the season - a sophisticated mix that you absolutely have to try this summer!
This special summer drink consists of a unique mix: Burgenland coffee gin from Puchas meets sour cherry liqueur from Kössler in Tyrol. The whole thing is complemented with PX Sherry, lengthened with beetroot and naturally cloudy apple juice and topped with soda. The result is a refreshing drink with a light sweetness, perfectly rounded off with a savoury note.
The basic principle of Rosewood Hotels is the credo "Sense of Place" - to integrate, adapt and further develop the concepts as much as possible in the respective location. Austria is known for its diverse selection of spirits and liqueurs, which inspired them to start right there.
They have been pursuing this concept since opening and will continue to do so in the future, as they are constantly discovering and combining new products. Firstly, individual bottles are listed from all the federal states that arouse the hotel's interest. The unique drinks are then created based on this.
